i have gained way more weight than was ever necessary. i know this is normal. i want to lose it, but i have one more week of college, and i refuse to let it be dominated by self-hating thoughts and obsessing over what i eat/drink this last week.
i will take care of myself when i have the time to make sure that i can lose weight healthily. promise.

I would deliberately make sure that only a bit of very low calorie food was in the house so I wouldn’t have the urge to binge and purge. I wouldn’t have people cooking meals for me to just waste. I could turn the heating up because I feel cold all the time and no-one would think I’m crazy. More importantly I’d stay at home and not have to encounter people until I lose weight and reach a satisfying size.
why can’t I be one of those naturally skinny girls that has the metabolism of a 5 year old and gets to eat everything in sight who also wakes up with glowing skin and has singing birds do her hair
1. Sleep
2. Fit into any of my clothing
3. Maintain any semblance of self-control around food
4. Exhibit time management skills
