A GLUTEN FREE DIET IS NOT THE SAME THING AS A LOW-CARB DIET

It is not a means to thinness. fuck off.

Sincerely,

Someone who was underweight because of celiac disease and has actually gained weight since going on your SUPA AWESOME FABZ DIET LOLZ!!!11!!!!!!1!!!!.

facts

i have gained way more weight than was ever necessary. i know this is normal. i want to lose it, but i have one more week of college, and i refuse to let it be dominated by self-hating thoughts and obsessing over what i eat/drink this last week.

i will take care of myself when i have the time to make sure that i can lose weight healthily. promise.

I would deliberately make sure that only a bit of very low calorie food was in the house so I wouldn’t have the urge to binge and purge. I wouldn’t have people cooking meals for me to just waste. I could turn the heating up because I feel cold all the time and no-one would think I’m crazy. More importantly I’d stay at home and not have to encounter people until I lose weight and reach a satisfying size.
